What are the valid dates for this promotion?

The valid purchase must be made from August 3, 2020 to October 4, 2020, referred to as the "promotion period".

What is the deadline for my submission?

Submission must be successfully registered online by November 3, 2020.

What are considered as valid purchases for this promotion?

The LG Qualified TV must be purchased as new at their authorized retailers, authorized national retailers* and authorized online dealers during the valid promotion period.

Can anyone register for this promotion?

This offer is intended for participants in the United States, age 18 or older and must be a legal resident of the 50 U.S. states, D.C. and Puerto Rico.

Do I qualify if I purchased a refurbished or used LG Qualified TV?

Unfortunately, this promotion is only available for new device purchases from authorized retailers of LG Qualified TV.

I purchased an LG device other than the LG Qualified TV. Do I qualify to redeem this promotion?

No. To be eligible for this promotion you must purchase an LG Qualified TV prior to or on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at a participating retailer.

How many times can I apply for this promotion?

You are eligible to receive LG HBS-FN4 Wireless Earbuds for each new LG Qualified TV purchased prior to or on October 4, 2020. Redemptions for multiple Qualified TV’s will need to be individually submitted with valid proof of purchase and device IMEI number for each. There is a maximum of five devices per submission session.

How do I redeem this promotion?

To redeem, go to www.lgearbudpromotion.com and complete the redemption process. You must provide a valid purchase receipt from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase made prior to or on October 4, 2020 and the device serial number.

What do I do if I can’t find my serial number?

Serial numbers can be found on the rear side of TV, near the UPC code.

The website won’t accept my serial number. An error message appears telling me that my serial number is invalid / incorrect.

The number was either entered incorrectly or the TV was purchased from a non-participating model or retailer. If you continue to have issues entering what appears to be a valid number, please call or email the Customer Service Support Center at 888-885-0828 or www.lgearbudpromotion.com

Can I redeem this promotion before I receive my TV (i.e. purchased online or during pre-order period)?

No. You must have the TV to be able to provide that device’s serial number during the submission process.

I lost the receipt to verify my purchase of the LG Qualified TV. If I can provide the serial number, can I still redeem this promotion?

No. Having a valid proof of purchase is required to participate in this promotion. No exceptions.

My submission was rejected and I’d like to resubmit. What is the deadline?

The deadline for resubmissions for rejected entries is November 3, 2020

Do I need to pay taxes or shipping fees?

There is no tax implications related to this promotion. LG will cover the cost of shipping fees.

Can I mail in a submission form?

No. Mail-in forms will not be accepted for this promotion.

I have not received the email confirming my subscription. What should I do?

I experienced issues with the website and was unable to submit. What should I do?

How do I know if my request was submitted successfully?

You will receive an email confirming that the request has been received and is being processed within 24 hours of submitting the request. Please note: this is NOT a confirmation of approval.

Why did my submission get rejected? Can I resubmit again?

The submission was rejected for one or more of the following reasons:

1) Missing receipt or the receipt was invalid for one or more of the following reasons:
    a) A non-participating retailer
    b) A purchase made outside of the promotion period (After 10/4/20)
    c) A different product other than the LG Qualified TV
    d) Illegible, or mechanically reproduced (i.e. Photoshop image to appear correct)
2) Invalid or missing identification of the device’s serial number. The serial number can be found printed on the side of the box and rear side of TV
3) Mailing address or contact information was illegible or incorrect.

The customer can resubmit with the original submission number, a valid receipt and serial number at www.lgearbudpromotion.com

How do I know if I am approved?

You will receive an email confirming your approval status within 3-5 business days of submission confirmation.

How soon will I receive my Wireless Earbuds?

Pending submission approval, please allow 6-12 weeks for the products to arrive. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your kit has shipped. You can check your status anytime on www.lgearbudpromotion.com

My package was delivered, but I never received it.

How will my package ship?

All valid and approved customer submissions for the LG Qualified TV Launch Promotion will be shipped via carrier of LG’s choice.

My package was lost by USPS, can you send another?

What happens if my package is missing the LG HBS-FN4 Wireless Earbuds?

What happens if I've received a defective LG HBS-FN4 Wireless Earbuds? Can I return it to a carrier store location?

The LG Qualified TV and LG HBS-FN4 Wireless Earbuds are bundle and unable to be returned or exchanged at any retail store for any reason. Please contact the Customer Service Support Center at 888-885-0828 or www.lgearbudpromotion.com for further assistance.

My carrier store is still promoting your promotion after the deadline. This is the only reason why I purchased, why do I not qualify?

All submissions must be made at Customer Service Support Center at 888-885-0828 or www.lgearbudpromotion.com with a valid receipt (from participating retailer and during purchase period) and with photo verification of the device’s serial number. Submissions made without either of these required elements are ineligible.

I purchased the LG Qualified TV for this promotion after the deadline. The salesperson never told me that I had to apply and that there was an expiration date.
